What are you seeking through the Barnabas Leadership Group?

I agree to engage in the spiritual disciplines and the leadership disciplines of the Barnabas Leadership Group as a participant in the community. I acknowledge that the Vital Churches Institute may, in reliance of this agreement, provide me with access to materials and resources, and confidential data and good will. I agree to retain said information as confidential and not to disclose this information to any third party – unless it is for use within the congregation of the participant or with express permission from the Vital Churches Institute is procured. I further agree that I will not communicate anything that has been shared by anyone in the group in either spoken or written form with anyone outside of this room (including prayer meetings or prayer time/ dialogue with spouses) without specific permission of the one communicating. My decision to join the two-year Barnabas Leadership Group is a commitment to attend and participate in each of the large group Gatherings and the peer group meetings. All parties recognize that emergencies arise and it may be unavoidable to miss a particular Gathering. However, my commitment to the program is the commitment to pay for each year of the Barnabas Leadership Group whether I attend or am absent from any particular Gathering. I accept this spiritual, relational and financial commitment.
