E. Stanley Ott, Ph.D.

Stan is the founder and president of Leading Moments, LLC whose focus is helping congregations become increasingly fruitful in their disciple-growing ministries and in their missional engagement with our world. Stan's passion is the transformation of the mainline church, and he has over forty years of experience in pastoral leadership and ministry.

Stan and the LM team have worked with over thirty denominational regional areas and several hundred congregations of all sizes through the Acts 16:5 Initiative, a three year process for growing congregational vitality. His publications include: Twelve Dynamic Shifts for Transforming Your Church, Transform Your Church with Ministry Teams, The Vibrant Church: A People Building Plan for Congregational Health, The Joy of Discipling: Friend with Friend and Heart with Heart, Vision for a Vital Church, and Small Group Life

Paige McRight

Paige McRight received her Master of Divinity from Princeton Seminary and her DMin from Columbia Seminary and has served as Associate Pastor in two large churches in Florida and South Carolina.  Paige has worked with churches of all sizes as a member of presbytery staffs in Atlanta, Charlotte, and as Executive Presbyter in Central Florida Presbytery.  

Throughout her ministry, Paige has worked with others to support members, candidates, and pastors in identifying and strengthening their gifts for ministry.  She has helped develop programs for pastoral leadership development in the Synods of Mid Atlantic and South Atlantic and participated with the Acts 16:5 Initiative in Central Florida Presbytery.

Steve Ebling

Steve's passion is to help people and congregations grow into the disciples Christ is calling them to be.  He has coached several presbyteries through VCI's Acts 16:5 Initiative and served churches in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana for thirty years as an Associate and Senior Pastor. Steve is currently leading a Barnabas Leadership Group in his own Presbytery, Whitewater Valley in Indiana. When Steve isn't doing ministry or with his family, he's most likely knee-deep in a trout stream pursuing his passion of fly-fishing.

 

Eric Laverentz

Eric has been preaching since he was 13 years old. He is passionate about seeing the Holy Spirit work through people to bend the world to the shape of the Kingdom of God. He is a graduate of Truman State University, Princeton Theological Seminary, Vanderbilt University and has a Doctorate of Ministry from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Eric's Doctoral work is on the role of elders and transforming their work to capture the Biblical and historical role of shepherd. He is author of the 2011 Father's Press Publication entitled Is Caesar Our Savior? He serves as a commissioner on the Kansas Human Rights Commission. The greatest joys of his life are his wife Jen, their three sons, and newborn daughter.

Jane Herren Hubbard

Jane facilitates the Barnabas Leadership Groups from a deep calling for leadership equipping and diverse professional and life experience foundation. Most recently retired from First Presbyterian Churches in Douglasville, Georgia and Norfolk, Virginia, Jane is an ordained ruling elder in the PC(USA) church. She has corporate experience in leadership with Delta Air Lines and has served since 1999 as CEO and senior consultant for Spiritied Strategies whose mission is to lead individuals, groups, churches, and presbyteries to discern and live God's will. The Lord has greatly blessed Jane and has given her a burning passion to share His love, redemption, and discernment with all those who are called to listen!  

Linda Jaberg

Linda has extensive experience in serving the local church and building bridges in the surrounding community. She has served churches in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida. Having held a variety of leadership positions, Linda has had a profound influence, especially on children. Linda is experienced in resolving conflict within the church leadership, positioning congregations for spiritual renewal,  and leading to new growth. With more than thirty years in ministry, she is well-prepared to guide leaders desiring transformation. Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with Minor in Secondary Education and a Master of Divinity with an emphasis in Pastoral Care.
